Executive Management
Mr. Raul Pupo is Chief Executive Officer of Technology Infrastructure Solutions,
Inc. (“TIS”), North America’s leader in network
technology, staging, configuration and deployment.
Mr. Pupo’s 30 years experience includes founding and operating information technology service companies in the United States and throughout Western Europe, Japan, India, Mexico and Brazil. Mr. Pupo was Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of PKS Information Services, Inc., an international information technology services company subsequently sold to Level 3 Communications. Before PKS, Mr. Pupo launched Genix Corporation, an outsourcing and professional services company now a part of ACS, the leader in business process outsourcing.
Mr. Pupo will soon release a new book, Perfect Service: Management Strategies for the 21st Century. The book offers CEOs a practical guide for organization-wide implementation of service management processes that Mr. Pupo developed over the past three decades.
Mr. Pupo has a BBA in Industrial Management from the University of Miami, an MBA in Information Systems from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and has completed all class work toward an MS in Technology Management and Corporate Planning from the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Pupo has a long history of participation with charitable, educational, and civic organizations.
Mr. Salvatore Giusto is Chief Financial Officer. With over 25 years of experience in finance, Mr. Giusto has recently been engaged in strategic financial modeling, capital raising, financial reporting, budgeting, business planning as well as consulting to several established and emerging companies. Prior to joining TIS, Mr. Giusto served as Chief Financial Officer for Una Vez Mas (“UVM”), a start-up Hispanic broadcasting company, in which he was a key player in raising private equity and acquiring long-term debt to finance UVM’s expansion. Mr. Giusto’s accounting experience began at Arthur Young & Company, where he worked with clients in the airline, electronics manufacturing, and book publishing industries. Mr. Giusto has also worked in communications & broadcasting in various finance capacities. Mr. Giusto is a CPA and a graduate of Hofstra University with a BBA degree in Public Accounting.
Mr. Vernon Holden is Managing Director. Prior to joining TIS, Mr. Holden was an advisor and consultant to technology
businesses. Before that, Mr. Holden was a member of the management team that founded PKS Information Services. Mr. Holden's 20+ years experience in the information technology
services industry includes start-up management responsibilities in the
areas of professional services and systems integration. Mr. Holden’s
experience includes due diligence, acquisitions, mergers, divestitures,
P&L management, cash flow management, cost accounting, and financial
analysis. Mr. Holden has a BS degree in mathematics from Bethany College,
Bethany, West Virginia.
Operations Management
Mr. Herbert Reis is Vice President of Operations. Prior to joining
TIS, Mr. Reis was founder and President of International Data Net, LLC,
a technology deployment resource provider to national and international
clients. Mr. Reis’ experience of more than 25 years in technology
deployment includes responsibility for managing key functional areas of
the business such as engineering, project management, field services,
sales, and service management.
Mr.
Joel Baker is Director of Engineering Management. In his capacity,
Mr. Baker is responsible for all engineering, estimating, and project
management activities. Mr. Baker has 35 years of information technology
consulting and practice experience, specializing in quality and process
improvement. His expertise is in developing multiple repeatable process
offerings. Mr. Baker has developed a repository-based approach to provide
delivery templates for process, management, and infrastructure. He has
authored several books, including Top Gun: Consulting with an Attitude,
and The Future of IT Consulting. Mr. Baker has a BS in Business
Administration from Indiana University.
Mr.
David Corbin is Engagement Manager. Mr. Corbin is responsible
for the direction and process of national account engagements. His over
22 years of experience in technology deployment includes project management,
field services management and logistics management. Mr. Corbin track record
includes leading some of the Company's largest deployment projects. Mr.
Corbin retired from the United States Air Force as a senior non-commissioned
officer responsible for management of combat deployable computer technologies.
Mr. Corbin is a graduate of the USAF Senior Non-Commissioned Officer Academy.
Mr. Al Lindahl is Senior Project Manager. Mr. Lindahl is responsible for the implementation, scheduling, and logistical control of National Account projects. His over 25 years of experience in technology deployment includes project management, program management, application development, outsourcing, and implementation logistics including materials deployment and resource utilization. Mr. Lindahl has managed technology programs in the manufacturing, insurance, government, and financial industries both domestically and internationally. Mr. Lindahl has a BS degree in Business Administration from Illinois State University.
Mr. Robert Kessler is Delivery Partner Program Manager. Mr. Kessler is responsible for developing supply chain resources through strategic relationships and business partners. Mr. Kessler has over 10 years of experience in delivering bundled product and service solutions for enterprise customers in the areas of information technology and telecommunications. Prior to joining TIS, Mr. Kessler held a position with Trillion Digital Communications, Inc., in which he was responsible for the scheduling and outsourcing for project related services and material requirements. During his tenure, Mr. Kessler arranged the support services for the build-out of approximately 1,500 wireless broadband telecommunications sites throughout the Southeast US. Mr. Kessler has a B.A. degree from Saint Bonaventure University, New York, an M.A. and an Ed.S. degree from the University of Alabama.![]()
Sales and Marketing
Mr.
Philip Piccione is Regional Vice President of Sales. Mr. Piccione
has over 20 years in business development, marketing, and sales of information
technology products. Prior to TIS, Mr. Piccione was Founder and Chief
Executive Officer of POLARIS Communications Services, Inc., a provider
of products and services that included network computing and mass storage
devices. Mr. Piccione has a BS from Montclair State
University in New Jersey.
Mr. Michael Smith is Regional Vice President of Sales. Mr. Smith has over 25 years of sales and marketing experience in the information technology industry. Mr. Smith launched his career with IBM where he had responsibility for selling to commercial and government accounts. Since leaving IBM, Mr. Smith has held increasingly senior sales and marketing management positions that include the business disciplines of software development, long-term computer outsourcing and embedded systems programming and electronic engineering. Before joining TIS, Mr. Smith served as EVP for a pharmaceutical systems company where he had responsibility for sales, and marketing. In his position, Mr. Smith helped the company successfully navigate the Medicare Modernization Act of 2003. Prior to that, Mr. Smith was Vice President of Sales for PKS Information Services. Mr. Smith has a BS degree from the University of Nebraska.
Mr.
John Rowe is Vice President of Alliance Services. Mr. Rowe joined
TIS with 20 years experience in business development, operations, technology
infrastructure solutions and alliance services. Before TIS, Mr. Rowe was
a business development executive in Accenture’s Technology Infrastructure
Services which developed infrastructure technology outsourcing solutions
for Global 1000 clients. His responsibility at Accenture included key
roles in operations, technology, and business development. Previously,
at PKS Information Services, Mr. Rowe was Vice President, Infrastructure
Services. Mr. Rowe earned a BS degree from Texas A&M University in
computer science.
Mr. Frank Mineo is National Accounts Manager. Mr. Mineo has marketing and sales responsibility for large customer accounts. Mr. Mineo has over 22 years experience in the marketing and sales of Technology Deployment Services Projects. Prior to joining TIS, Mr. Mineo launched his career with Datatec Systems and was an integral part of the Company’s growth in Technology Deployment for over 15 years. Mr. Mineo also opened the New Jersey Regional office for MasTec Network Services where he was responsible for IT Network and Infrastructure Sales. Mr. Mineo earned a BS degree in Business Administration from Rider University in Lawrenceville, NJ.
Mr. Ivan Ortiz is Director, Sales and Marketing Engineering. Mr. Ortiz is a customer-focused technologist with over 27 years of experience in technology deployment,
telecommunications, computing and aerospace. Mr. Ortiz' expertise lies in the areas of
IT systems development, design, deployment and support. Before TIS, Mr. Ortiz was a
Senior Technology Executive in Office Depot, Inc.'s IT Retail Infrastructure Planning and
Deployment Department. This function was responsible for developing and deploying
infrastructure technology solutions at Office Depot's 1,100 North American retail stores.
Mr. Ortiz has also held management, sales
and engineering positions with Infotek Networks, Racal Datacom, Allied Signal,
Honeywell and Boeing. Mr. Ortiz earned a BS degree from the University of Puerto Rico
in Electrical Engineering. ![]()
Accounting
Ms. Christine Courtney is Controller. Ms. Courtney is responsible for TIS’ accounting and financial statement process. With over 20 years of accounting experience, Ms. Courtney has performed acquisition accounting, audits, budgeting, and financial statement analysis for companies in the following industries: Electronic Manufacturing, Medical Services, and Technology. Ms. Courtney earned a B.A. degree in Finance from Florida Atlantic University.
