Business Development Representatives
Business Development representatives are responsible for generating new business sales leads. Business Development representatives must be able to engineer and execute marketing campaigns with minimal direction. Must be able to effectively engage and interact with a diverse set of prospect executives utilizing various communication methods to include telemarketing. Ideal candidates will be able to tailor relevant marketing messages for a wide array of "C" level prospects. Prior sales experience with Fortune 1000 customers is preferred. Representatives must possess outstanding written, and oral presentation skills. Must have at least 3 years of proven and sales and marketing experience. Position available in Boca Raton, Florida.
Sales Vice Presidents
Sales Vice Presidents are responsible for all aspects of business development and sales. Vice Presidents must be able to manage activities to include market research, engineer marketing campaigns, and execute marketing initiatives with minimal direction. Must be able to effectively engage and interact with a diverse set of prospect executives. Ideal candidates will be able to tailor relevant marketing messages for a wide array of "C" level prospects. Prior sales experience with multi-site Fortune 1000 customers or large system integrators is preferred. Executives must possess outstanding written, and oral presentation skills. Must be comfortable in the Board Room. Must be able to construct thoughtful and creative proposals utilizing office productivity tools. Relevant bachelor's or advanced degree is required. Must have at least 7 years of proven and verifiable sales and marketing experience. Positions available in major metropolitan areas.
Registered Communications Distribution Designers
RCDD’s participate in client facing opportunities providing technical support, assisting in defining project requirements, and designing infrastructure solutions. Candidates must have a thorough knowledge of networking and cabling technologies. Must have the ability to develop cost estimates and generate supporting statements of work. Successful candidates will have reliable supplier/vendor relationships as sources of information and materials required. RCDD certification and relevant bachelor's or advanced degree is required. Must have at least five years of experience and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Positions available in Boca Raton, FL.
Sales Engineers
Sales Engineers participate in client facing opportunities providing technical support, and defining project requirements. Must have the ability to develop cost estimates, write proposals, and make presentations for the configuration, integration, and deployment of technology. Sales Engineers participate in sales and marketing campaigns and have the opportunity to author technology specific white papers enhancing our Resource Center. Project Managers
Project Managers are responsible for all facets of project design, implementation, budget and cost controls, delivery and close out of projects assigned. Project Managers spend significant time with clients as well as managing the installation teams requiring the ability to develop strong professional interpersonal relationships. Additional requirements include a relevant bachelor's degree, minimum five years technology deployment experience, project team leadership, problem resolution capabilities, strong written and verbal communication skills, strong business acumen, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Formal project management and/or project quality training is desirable as well as PMI Certification.
Payroll/Human Resources Administrator
The Payroll/Human Resource Administrator reviews and audits bi-weekly payroll for all employees and inputs into payroll system. Administrator is responsible for maintaining healthcare benefits files, personnel records, and updating and distributing Employee Handbook. Administrator assists the recruitment process by screening applications, coordinating aptitude and substance abuse testing, and evaluating the results of background checks. Administrator must have executive bearing to work closely with the Company’s senior management in establishing and publishing Company policies. Individual must be highly organized and have excellent communications skills as well as proficiency working with word documents, spreadsheets, database entry and report generation. A minimum of three years relevant experience and college degree required. PHR/SPHR Certification is preferred. Position is available in Boca Raton, FL.
Field Service Managers/Site Leads/Installation Technicians
Field Service Managers, Site Leads, and Field Technicians are stationed throughout the United States and are the primary field resources for supervising and completing technology deployments at client sites. Candidates are responsible for the installation of required data cables and cable infrastructure connectivity, as well as the installation of various types of technology hardware including desktops, routers and switches, POS devices, kiosks, and digital media devices. Must also be capable of performing software configurations/down-loads. Site Leads and Field Technicians must have a minimum of three years of related experience. Field Service Managers must have a minimum of five years of experience. All candidates must have excellent customer service skills, proven leadership characteristics and the ability to trouble shoot network connectivity. Some travel is required. System Assembly and Warehouse Materials Handling Associates
Launch your career in system assembly and technology deployment warehousing! There are various career path opportunities in TIS' state-of-the-art System Staging and Configuration Contract Manufacturing facility in Statesville, North Carolina. Technical positions are responsible for network and computing device assembly and configuration. Helpful related experience includes PC or electronic device assembly. Must have experience in the operation of both stand-up and sit-down fork lifts, and be knowledgeable in good material handling and packing practices. Requirements include high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Occasional overtime as needed. Positions available in Statesville, NC.
Project Accountants
Project Accountants review contracts and pricing estimates to understand deliverables, billing assumptions, billing schedules, and payment terms. Must have experience tracking the status of billable and non-billable materials costs and expenses. Must be able to verify, track, and process sub-contractor invoices. Must have experience tracking actual to budget performance. Must be analytical to identify the root cause of budget variances. Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required. Must have a minimum of three years relevant experience. Positions available in Boca Raton, FL.
Procurement Specialists
Procurement Specialists are responsible for managing the supplier base and sourcing budget through negotiated agreements with vendors. Must have experience sourcing direct commodities of a technical nature as well as indirect commodities by performing market analysis of available vendor choices. Must be an effective negotiator and should have the analytical ability to identify cost improvement opportunities. Must be familiar with vendor scorecard methodologies to monitor supplier performance. Must have experience managing purchase order processes. Minimum four years experience in purchasing. Information Technology Analysts
Information Technology Analysts are responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting the TIS' Information Technology Plan. Must have familiarity with corporate system applications in Sales, Finance, Accounting, and Inventory. Candidates will be responsible for supporting corporate intranet, telephone network, and web infrastructure. Must have the ability to foster and maintain positive client relationships both inside and outside the corporation. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Minimum five years experience. Relevant bachelor's degree is required. Positions available in Boca Raton, FL.
Project Administrators
Project Administrators are integral members of the TIS project and production teams. Project Administrators work directly with clients, project managers and delivery operations managers. Candidates are responsible for generating, distributing and tracking client orders, work orders, and pick tickets as well as various inventory and project related reports. Customer service skills are a must as well as proficiency working with word documents, spreadsheets, database entry and report generation. A minimum of three years relevant experience is required. Associate two-year degree is minimum requirement. Positions available in Statesville, NC and Boca Raton, FL.
Call Center Administrators
Call Center Administrators are key members of TIS project teams. Administrators work directly with Project Managers, Operations Managers and field resources. Call Center Administrators are responsible for receiving calls or contacting TIS field resources and completing installation site check-in/check-out status reports, and generating and distributing project tracking reports. Customer service skills are a must as well as experience working with spreadsheets and e-mail. Call center experience helpful. Shifts vary and include early evenings and early mornings. Both full time and part time positions are available in Boca Raton, FL.
Successful candidates must pass relevant aptitude tests, and drug screening. Background checks will include past criminal and credit history, employment and education verification.
