Plan-TIS Manufacturing Teams are led by experienced Project Managers accountable for TIS quality and performance in each phase of the manufacturing supply chain. During the plan phase, TIS works with the customer to identify requirements and resources across all phases of the supply chain. When supply has been determined, TIS will schedule, receive, and verify material shipments in support of the production planned schedules. The TIS Warehouse Management System (WMS) provides accurate inventory status and tracking reports, in real time, throughout the complete manufacturing life cycle.

Build-Key to TIS' mastery of supply chain logistics is its Staging and Configuration Center: a near-100,000 square foot facility that offers the capacity, processes, and automation technologies necessary to provide high-quality assembly and Just in Time (JIT) delivery of integrated customer products. The Center can be configured to offer the customer unmatched flexibility and scalability.

From prototype runs to large volumes of electro-mechanical devices, TIS can accommodate a broad range of manufacturing requirements and volumes.

The TIS facility is equipped with an ISO Class 3, vertical laminar flow clean bench environment. Clean-air areas provide controlled temperature and humidity that protect device assemblies from contamination. TIS clean-air areas undergo annual certification testing to ensure that they meet or exceed acceptable air flow uniformity and particle count standards.

Dielectric Strength and Earthing-Continuity Testing are performed during production for all devices manufactured by TIS in accordance with CSA International standards.

During the assembly process the proper tightness of screws and bolts can be crucial. Therefore, only certified torque tools are utilized to precisely set fasteners.

TIS develops build-schedules based upon customer needs, issuing materials and coordinating all production activities. The result is a product completed according to OEM specifications and bill of materials (BOM) requirements. Finished units are tested and verified before packaging and staging processes commence.

The TIS Staging and Configuration Center is equipped with industry-leading tools, trained staff, and efficient repeatable processes. This allows TIS to scale and tailor its services to accommodate the most aggressive production schedules.


Deliver-TIS is a skilled contract manufacturer with exceptional logistics experience and expertise. TIS provides advanced kitting, shipping, and logistics, ensuring that the customer's product is delivered to the right location at the right time and at the best possible cost.

TIS receives and processes customer orders according to delivery business rules developed in the planning phase. The TIS Project Manager manages and oversees the complete on-site scope of work, including preparation, work execution, and installation documentation. Trained installation personnel performs each on-site task meticulously and according to customer defined requirements.

Throughout the delivery phase of the supply chain, TIS relies heavily on its proprietary eDeploy™ platform to enhance communication among all project participants, and to promote quicker, better-informed decision-making.

Service and Return-At TIS, service does not end with delivery. TIS' manufacturing supply chain capabilities include the reverse logistics expertise required by the service, repair, return, and disposal needs of the customer. TIS can refurbish and warehouse returned equipment for re-sale or the equipment can be disposed of according to government regulations, industry standards, and customer requirements.

TIS' integrated supply chain management tools facilitate the authorization and return process and provide audit control and governance over product servicing, replacement, and inventory management.

The TIS Call Center is capable of handling tier 1 technical issues and escalations, and can dispatch technicians to handle all equipment service and return requests. TIS can manage all third party, hardware manufacturer, warranty claims and issues.
