TIS will aggregate
all of the technical infrastructure required for hundreds, if not thousands, of digital media
installations at its Staging and Configuration Center. TIS verifies and tests the
mission critical components. TIS will then package and ship all digital media components ready for
installation at the customer site.
Deliver-TIS dispatches materials, products, tools, and field technicians on a just-in-time schedule to ensure a timely installation of equipment within agreed-upon SLAs. TIS manages the complete on-site scope of work, including preparation, work execution, and completion documentation. TIS inspects the quality of the completed work before delivering the site for customer acceptance.
Service and Return-TIS assumes responsibility for service, repair, return, and disposal of all replaced digital media equipment and components at a customer's location. TIS supports its digital media customers with a variety of services to include replacing existing CRT monitors with flat screen technologies, upgrading server technology to support new media content, as well as performing maintenance calls.
